About
the founder
Hey, I’m TaSheena! I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and the heart behind Tangible Habits, LLC, here in Northwest Ohio. I started this practice to support families, educators, and communities with practical, compassionate tools that make life a little easier for children with unique needs and for the people who love them.
Over the past 12 years, I’ve worked everywhere from homes and schools to autism centers and community programs. I love helping educators create calm, supportive environments and partnering with organizations to ensure families have the resources they deserve.
At the heart of everything I do is the belief that small, meaningful changes can create big, lasting impact not just for kids, but for entire families and communities.

Why Work With Tangible Habits
Families and organizations choose Tangible Habits for an approach that blends professional expertise with genuine care and connection. We know behavior is shaped by relationships, environments, and lived experiences, not one-size-fits-all solutions. Our work is collaborative, practical, and deeply respectful of each child and family’s story, building strategies that feel realistic, culturally responsive, and sustainable. At every level, our goal is to help people feel supported, informed, and confident creating meaningful change that lasts.

About Tangible Habits
Our work centers on understanding what drives behavior and creating real-life supports that fit naturally into everyday routines. Through collaborative training and guidance, we help adults respond with confidence, build meaningful skills, and support steady growth over time. Tangible Habits focuses on small, intentional shifts that create lasting impact for learners, families, and the communities around them.
